It's important to keep your taxidermy in a dry place, not in direct sunlight, and in a smoke free room. It's also important to clean your taxidermy once or two a year, with a hair dryer to dust it. It's a good idea to spray insecticide once or two a year to prevent any bugs infestation. Even the best taxidermy can be the prey of bugs. Personally I use a flea spray to protect them. it's a safe insecticide for your house and people/animal that live there.
